WHAT YOUR COVERAGE INCLUDES
Every AURUM SOVEREIGN installation is registered under a unique certificate number and tied to the vehicle, the installer and the date of application. Coverage begins the day the film is installed and stays with the car.
AURUM SOVEREIGN is warranted against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, delamination and loss of self healing performance under normal use, for the full term stated on your certificate.
Damage from impact, road debris beyond the film’s absorption threshold, improper washing, abrasive polishing, solvents, industrial fallout left untreated, accidents, vandalism and any removal or repair performed outside the certified network.
Bring the vehicle and certificate number to any AURUM certified centre. The panel is inspected, documented and, once approved, refilmed at no cost to you. Labour is included.

MAINTENANCE IS PART OF THE WARRANTY
Coverage is conditional. A film that is not maintained cannot be warranted, and AURUM asks four things of every owner.
Register within 30 days
The certificate must be activated online or by your installer within 30 days of application. An unregistered installation carries no coverage.
Inspect every 12 months
Bring the vehicle to any certified centre once a year. The inspection is free, takes under an hour and is logged against your certificate. Two consecutive missed inspections suspend coverage until the vehicle is reinspected.
Use approved chemistry
Wash and maintain the film with AURUM CARE SYSTEM products or with products listed as approved. Abrasive compounds, alkaline degreasers and solvent based cleaners will void coverage on the affected panels.
Keep the work inside the network
Any removal, repair, partial replacement or repositioning must be performed by a certified installer. Work done elsewhere ends coverage on the panels involved.
